    If it is ok, re-open the match sale window and try to choose the price reserved for the Italian Premium member and not the one dedicated to the international one. Then insert your tdt number and webticket and should be fine.

     

    If it doesn't work, re-try with the international price inserting before in the codice promozionale your member number that you can find on your juventus.com profile or on your member card (not the tdt) and using the hometicket print option.

     

    Thanks once again for your help. Now I checked my TDT with your link and now is ok

  2. If you have a valid tdt you should use it without the codice promozionale (leave it blank). Is your tdt recognized as valid here? https://www.listicke...postoStep1.html

    if not, as written in the other topic, you should contact Juventus and ask why. If your tdt was issued in the summer 2013 there is probably a mismatch in the expiring date between the one print on the tdt and the one in the system. This error affect several tdt issued in the summer 2013.

     

    Thank you Arcifanfano. This morning Listicket told me that now my TDT is valid, but still ask me for the codice promozionale. I will contact them again


  3. Codice Promozionale is reserved to the Premium Members International with the first subscription after 1st July 2015. They need to follow a specific procedure because, starting from that date, they had no longer received the Teseera del Tifoso but only a code to be used for the pre-sale.

     

    I have TDT from 2013, and last year I made the Premium Member International, but listicket is still asking me for codice promozianale and i dont know what number to enter there. Listicket make it so difficult for us to buy :(
